YETI Club Australia PTY LTD (“YETI Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains this website (the “Site”) as a service to YETI Club’s customers and potential customers, and by using the Site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use (this “Agreement”). Please review the following terms and conditions carefully and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from the Site.
Starting with our first customised Ramblers in 2015, we’ve used our best efforts to avoid creating custom products with political affiliations or associations. Because the process we use to identify political affiliations and associations involves human judgment, we may inadvertently accept an order and mark a YETI Club product with a candidate’s name or campaign slogan simply because we weren’t familiar with it when the order was placed. If that happens, it should not be construed as YETI Club’s endorsement of a particular affiliation or association (unless, of course, we explicitly make a statement of endorsement).
YETI Club respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask that you do the same. By purchasing any custom product on or through the Site, either on your behalf as an individual or on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that your requested design does not violate anyone else’s rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy or other rights. YETI Club may terminate the account of any customer who infringes, or may infringe, the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of others.
A customisation fee applies for all custom products that are ordered through the Site. Please review your customised item carefully prior to submitting your order; customised items may not be cancelled once the order has been accepted by YETI Club in the event you change your mind. YETI Club is not responsible for any errors or mistakes that have been approved. YETI Club is not responsible for any product customisation that is not ordered through the product customisation service on the Site or a YETI Club sales representative.

The YETI Club mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by us. By using, taking part in, and/or subscribing to the Service, you agree that you have read and understood, and as a condition to your use of our Service, you agree to be bound by the following Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”, “Terms”) and any other applicable terms related to your use of YETI Club’s services. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By affirmatively opting into YETI Club’s mobile message service, you expressly consent to receive text messages from and on behalf of YETI Club Australia through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may utilize or be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Text messages may contain promotions and marketing content, order tracking and delivery, back in stock (“Notify Me”) reminders, or other such content (each as a separate “Program” as defined in more detail below).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this Service in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with YETI Club Australia. Your participation in this Service is completely voluntary.
You can cancel the mobile message service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other YETI Club Australia mobile message Programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those Programs by following the instructions provided.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Program Descriptions
YETI Club may use an auto-dialer and/or related systems to deliver text messages to the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. Text messaging may include one-time or recurring texts related to, but not limited to, the following Programs:
• Marketing and Promotional Programs: By opting into a YETI Club Australia Marketing and Promotional Program, you can expect to receive recurring marketing, promotional, advertising, information and other similar messages such as messages around products, sales, discounts, abandoned cart reminders, events, and other offers, in varying frequencies at the number provided when opting in.
How to Opt In
To opt in to the Service, please follow the instructions provided by the specific Program you wish to enroll in, such as through online based enrollment forms with opt-in checkboxes, or popups on website visits, and completing any sign-up instructions found in the text message received. Upon your request to sign-up to a Program, you will receive one (1) text message confirming your opt-in to the Program. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old.
How to Opt Out
If you do not wish to continue participating in any Program, or no longer agree to these Terms, click the unsubscribe link in any text message to opt out of any Program at any time. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us for the Program from which you have unsubscribed. If you are subscribed to multiple Programs, you must separately click unsubscribe in each message for each Program you wish to unsubscribe. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.
At this time and to the extent permitted by applicable law, YETI Club’s sender ID from which we send mobile messages does not support two-way text, such as opt outs by keywords like “STOP” or “END”.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. See specific Programs for more details. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YETI Club reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. YETI Club Australia also reserves the right to change the branded ID (or short code or phone number) from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so. You acknowledge that any messages you send to a branded ID, short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You are solely responsible for any costs related to or associated with your receipt of text messages. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Data Obtained
Data obtained from you in connection with this mobile message service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information you provide to YETI Club Australia as part of this Service or Program. YETI Club Australia may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from YETI Club. YETI Club Australia may also use this information as described in the Program you’ve enrolled in. MMS Disclosure
A Program will send SMS messages if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
Supported Carriers
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. YETI Club Australia and the mobile carriers supported by our Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the Program with your new number.
We are able to deliver messages to all major phone carriers in Australia.
